Any trade with seventy-odd reviews has a spread, and a website showing nothing but perfect scores is either cherry-picking or worse. Ian’s review says we did the work on time and to budget and scored it 8.33, which is a perfectly reasonable thing for a customer to think, and it is a great deal more useful to you than a fifth ten would be.
